What we store in your browser?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by your browser when you visit a website. It allows the site to remember you, keep your preferences, hold your session open and measure traffic.

Cookies are classified by lifetime as session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) and persistent cookies (stored for a defined period), and by origin as first-party (idfine.com.tr) and third-party (analytics, social media, payment etc. external providers).

You can toggle marketing and performance cookies from the cookie preference panel that appears on your first visit.

The site may also set cookies belonging to third-party service providers, who process your data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — anonymised visit statistics.
• Cloudflare — bot protection, performance optimisation.
• YouTube / Vimeo — embedded video players.
• Instagram / LinkedIn / Meta — social media embeds and optional advertising pixels.

All modern browsers offer a settings page for managing cookies. You can withdraw permissions you have granted from our preference panel at any time, or delete all cookies via your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are disabled, the site may not be able to perform basic functions (session, language, cart).

Session cookies are deleted when the browser closes. Persistent cookies are stored for between 1 month and 24 months, depending on their purpose. Category-level details are listed in our cookie preference panel.

The site provides an AI-assisted chat assistant for product recommendations, price/stock enquiries and frequently asked questions. Messages you send to the assistant are stored encrypted in our database to maintain conversation continuity and improve service quality.

• Data stored: session identifier (anonymous), message history, language preference. Your name/e-mail address is processed only when you explicitly share it for a sample request, dealership application or custom production enquiry.
• Third-party processors: DeepSeek (LLM provider) and Odoo ERP (live price/stock) are used to generate responses. Message content is sent to these systems; transmission is encrypted with TLS.
• Retention period: Conversation history is deleted or pseudonymised after 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at your discretion.
